Here at EMJ builders we have access to extensivly experienced planners who will listen to your needs and ideas and take them away and compile the relevant building plans ready for submission for planning consent.
Once your plans are compiled our planner will complete the planning application form ready for your approval prior to submitting to your local council planning office.
Once your building plans have been submitted for local council approval our planner will then compile your building regulations plans and complete the building regulation planning application form for submission to your local council
